Man sustains bullet injury in shooting incident in Samba

Jammu: A 30-year-old man was injured after being shot at in Tarore area of Bari Brahmana in Samba district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the man, identified as Vishal Singh alias Vishu, was injured by a bullet near a tea stall in the area.

Singh sustained a bullet injury to his leg and was shifted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Vijaypur, for treatment.

Police have registered a case and launched an investigation to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the firing and identify those involved in the incident.
