Hindutva goons assault two Muslim teens in Karnataka
Bengaluru: Members of Hindutva organizations brutally assaulted two Muslim teenagers in the Indian state of Karnataka.
According to Kashmir Media Service, in a disturbing video of the incident viral on social media, the Hindutva group members can be seen thrashing the Muslim youth mercilessly.
The victims identified as Mohammed Munaaz (18) and Sameer (19) were targeted in the vicinity of the bus stand in Mudigere town of Chikmagalur district while they were attempting to collect Sameer’s mobile phone from a shop. They were admitted to a hospital for treatment.
Reports said that a sizable crowd gathered at the scene, yet bystanders remained passive, and the assault continued until the police intervened.
Later, the police arrested four Hindutva group members for the Muslim youth.
