BJP leadership started spitting venom against Muslim; claiming to target 300,000 mosques
New Delhi: BJP, led Hindu leadership has continued to spit venom against Muslims community and their places of worship established hundreds of years back.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Hindutva leader Giriraj Singh started spitting venom against Mosques saying that 300,000 mosques in India are illegal that sparks controversy and raising concerns about religious tension in the country.
Singh warned that if Muslims caused division, they would face consequences. He also threatened to demolish allegedly illegal mosques, citing a recent incident in Shimla as an example.
This statement comes amid ongoing concerns about the treatment of Muslims in India under the BJP-led government. Critics argue that such rhetoric contributes to religious discord and marginalization of minority communities.
Indian analysts suggest that Singh’s inflammatory remarks may escalate sectarian tensions and religious unrest.
The BJP government’s silence on Singh’s claims has led some to speculate about tacit support for anti-Muslim sentiments.
Historically, Hindu extremists have targeted mosques, with the Babri Masjid demolition being a notable example. Muslim advocates argue that such actions infringe upon their religious rights.
