RSS-BJP capturing all institutions in India: Rahul Gandhi
New Delhi: Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi has said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and its ideological parent, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), has captured all institutions in the India, and asserted that the Congress is fighting with the Indian State itself.
According to Kashmir Media Service, speaking at the inauguration of the Congress party’s new headquarters, Indira Bhawan on Wednesday Rahul Gandhi said that India has been fighting against the Sangh-Parivar for thousands of years.
“Our ideology, like the RSS ideology, is thousands of years old. The BJP and the RSS have captured every single institution of our country. We are now fighting the BJP, the RSS, and the Indian State itself,” said Rahul Gandhi.
He also expressed concerns over the manipulation of voter data by the Election Commission of India (ECI) in the recent Maharashtra Assembly elections, pointing out the sudden appearance of almost one crore new voters in the state.
Rahul Gandhi said that the ECI was aligned with the BJP-RSS and of consistently overlooking hate speeches by Hindutva politicians linked to the RSS-BJP. He further criticized the BJP’s agenda of suppressing the voices of minorities, Dalits, backward castes, and tribals.
“BJP wants India to be run by one man and aims to crush the voices of Muslims, Dalits, minorities, backward castes, and tribals. This is their agenda,” he remarked.
