SIA files chargesheet against social media user in Budgam

Srinagar,: The State Investigation Agency (SIA) has filed a chargesheet against a Twitter handle in a special court set up under the NIA Act in Budgam, illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the occupation authorities in a statement issued in Srinagar said the case is related to the publication of anti-India, separatist and terrorist content on social media.

They said that the Twitter handle was posting content promoting terrorism and separatism and anti-India content, after which a formal case was registered at the Police Station, Counter Intelligence Kashmir- State Investigation Agency (CIK-SIA).

The Twitter handle was identified as Irfan-ul-Haq, a resident of Kausa Khalsa, area of Budgam district.
