NC slams BJP for being ‘disconnected from political realities’ in IIOJK

Srinagar: National Conference has launched a sharp attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party stating that the Hindutva party is disconnected from the political realities of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, speaking to reporters in Srinagar, NC chief spokesperson and MLA Tanvir Sadiq criticized the BJP’s Leader of Opposition Sunil Sharma saying that BJP leaders were making statements “without understanding the political realities and public mood” of the territory.
“They are dreaming. They have come from Assam and forgotten the politics of [occupied] Jammu and Kashmir. I will go to his house and offer him coffee so that he wakes up and understands this is Jammu and Kashmir, not Assam,” he said.
Taking aim at the BJP-led Opposition, he said those who promoted sports and healthy lifestyles understood society better than those “associated with drugs and negativity.”
