‘Shuhada-e-Jammu Pir Panjal Conference’ held in Mirpur
Mirpur: The Pir Panjal Freedom Movement and the Muhajireen Ittehad Forum organized a martyrs’ conference in the city of Mirpur, Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the conference titled ‘Shuhada-e-Jammu Pir Panjal Conference’ was chaired by Qazi Imran, Vice Chairman of the Pir Panjal Freedom Movement, with Ghulam Muhammad Safi, Convener of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter, serving as the chief guest.
The event was attended by a large number of refugees from occupied Jammu and Kashmir as well as local residents.
In his address, Ghulam Muhammad Safi stated that the martyrs of Jammu and Kashmir are the pride of the Kashmiris and that their sacrifices will eventually bear fruit. He emphasized that the mission of honoring the great martyrs would continue until occupied Jammu and Kashmir is freed from India’s oppressive rule.
Other speakers, including Qazi Imran, Raja Khadim Hussain, Zahid Safi, Khawaja Ayaz, Zaheer Jarral, Ijaz Mir, Bashir Shagu, Shabbir Chichi, Dr. Riyaz, Maulana Atiq, Rehan Chichi, Aftab Arif, Muhammad Asif, Muhammad Farooq, Saeed Ansari, Shabbir Furqani, reiterated that the sole mission of the Kashmiris is to achieve freedom from India, for which they continue to make immense sacrifices.
