Hindutva goons attack Kashmiri activist Muzzammil Ayyub Thakur
London: Muzzammil Ayyub Thakur, a Kashmiri activist based in London, was brutally assaulted by Hindutva goons.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Muzzammil Ayyub Thakur in a statement said that after attending an event related to Kashmir in London, some individuals followed him as he was returning. They attempted to strike his head while he was getting into his car. He said that they punched him, and when he asked who they were and what they wanted, they replied, “You are a Muslim and a Kashmiri terrorist.” Muzzammil Thakur also mentioned that the attackers chanted slogans of “Long live India.”
Muzzammil Ayyub Thakur said that these attackers were Hindutva goons, and their sole purpose was to intimidate him and prevent him from working for the Kashmir cause.
