Kashmiri student detained over social media posts in IIOJK
Srinagar: Indian police have detained a Kashmiri student for posting on his social media handles in district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the student identified as Bhat Navidul Ali, a resident of Tazipora-Mohammadpora area of Kulgam district and is currently pursuing Master’s in Lab Sciences.
The Indian police spokesperson alleged that the student was spreading the pro-freedom and anti-India narrative on his social media handles.
The police spokesperson confirmed the Ali’s detention for questioning.
