SIU files chargesheet against four IIOJK youth
Srinagar: The Special Investigation Unit (SIU) has filed a chargesheet against four Kashmiri youth in a fake case before National Investigation Agency (NIA) court in Kulgam district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, a police spokesman said chargesheet has been produced against four persons namely Jan Mohammad Lone, Bilal Ahmad Butt, Sameer Ahmad Sheikh and Abid Ramzan Sheikh.
Kulgam police produced chargesheet in case FIR No 65/2022 of Police Station Kulgam before Court of Special Judge (Designated Court under NIA), Kulgam against three killed youth, Jan Mohammad Lone, Bilal Ahmad Butt and Sameer Ahmad Sheikh and one live youth Abid Ramzan Sheikh.
