Property of another Kashmiri seized in Rajouri
Srinagar: The New Delhi-appointed administration led by Lieutenant Governor has seized yet another property of a Kashmiri in Rajouri district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir .
According to Kashmir Media Service, the police authority along with paramilitary forces personnel attached two kanals and 1 marla land, worth lakhs of rupees, owned by Javid Iqbal in the Manjakote area of the district.
Since the abrogation of IIOJK’s constitutional special status in August 2019, the BJP-led Indian government has intensified its campaign to deprive Kashmiris of their properties, homes and lands. This strategy aims to economically weaken the local population while facilitating the transfer of confiscated properties to non-Kashmiri Hindus, systematically altering the territory’s demographic balance to advance the Hindutva agenda.
