Kashmiris share unbreakable bond with Pakistan: Wajahat Baig

Lahore: Secretary of the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Cell, Mirza Wajahat Rashid Baig, has said that Kashmiris share an unbreakable bond with Pakistan, based on ideology and belief.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Wajahat Rashid Baig expressed these views during a meeting with Member of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly Ghulam Mohiuddin Diwan and former government minister Nasir Hussain Dar at the Kashmir Center in Lahore.

He emphasized the need to highlight the history of the Kashmir dispute and expose India’s baseless narrative, particularly in light of the current situation. He added that the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Cell is working tirelessly to promote the Kashmir cause and bring global attention to human rights violations in occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

Baig reiterated that the ultimate destination for Kashmiris is Pakistan, and they continue to make immense sacrifices for its realization.

Underscoring the importance of digital media, he urged students from schools, colleges, and universities to use social media effectively to advocate for the Kashmir cause.

In-charge Kashmir Center Lahore, Inam-ul-Hasan, AD Farhan Qayyum Abbasi, and Assistant Nadeem Sarwar were also present on the occasion.

Ghulam Mohiuddin Diwan and Nasir Hussain Dar encouraged the Kashmiri community in Lahore to actively participate in the activities of the Kashmir Center.

Meanwhile, In-charge Kashmir Center Lahore, Inam-ul-Hasan, provided a detailed briefing to the Secretary of the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Cell regarding the center’s ongoing activities.
